About The Position

The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Magnolia Mall store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and supports store operations during peak periods. The role involves sharing product knowledge, helping customers style jewellery, and building genuine connections that foster brand loyalty. Associates work a variable schedule based on business needs, which may include periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. The schedule may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds or more, and arrive at work on time.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
