About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates work on the showroom floor to engage customers, help them select products, and drive sales. The role may also involve cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, as well as clerical work such as creating and maintaining customer files. The position is physically demanding at times; training and tools are provided to perform duties safely. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance and appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as a team player focused on shared goals.
Desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
High energy and ability to effectively perform all store functions.
Proper telephone etiquette.
Professional appearance.
