About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to serve customers and support store operations. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives. Associates assess customers’ needs, recommend appropriate products and services, build trusting customer relationships, and provide exceptional service. Depending on the store, services may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. The position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Associates are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. Shifts are typically eight hours and may occasionally be up to 12 hours. The work is in a secure, enclosed area. California-required meal and rest breaks are provided. Spanish proficiency is preferred in most markets. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, typically eight hours and occasionally up to 12 hours.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish proficiency is preferred in most markets.
• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently with accountability for store performance.

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality and follow industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work independently and take accountability for overall store performance.
• Travel locally and, when necessary, work at more than one store in a day.
