About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to help customers choose appropriate products and services while providing exceptional service. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and involves understanding customers’ needs, building trust, and supporting overall store performance. Spanish proficiency is preferred in many markets. The position may involve providing a range of financial services that varies by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, compliance with industry regulations, and adherence to safety guidelines are important. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. Employees work scheduled shifts, typically eight hours and occasionally up to 12 hours, in a secure, enclosed work area. California-required meal and rest breaks are provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, typically eight hours and occasionally up to 12 hours.
• Ability to work in a secure, enclosed work area.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; sit, walk, reach, stoop, and bend; and engage in verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus.
• May occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Spanish proficiency is preferred in most markets.
