About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented associates to provide customer service and sell financial products and services. The role offers hourly pay plus bonus incentives and a $1,500 signing bonus: $500 after 45 days following successful completion of the New Hire Curriculum, and $1,000 after 120 days following successful completion of 90 days of employment. Employees must be in good standing and active to receive the payments.

Sales Associates learn customers’ needs, recommend suitable products and services, build trust through effective communication and empathy, and deliver exceptional service. Depending on the store, services may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Associates work independently while taking accountability for overall store performance and collaborating with their team. Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. Spanish proficiency is preferred or welcomed in most markets; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and embrace accountability for overall store performance.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, communicate verbally, and actively listen.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish proficiency; preferred or welcomed in most markets.
• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
