About The Position

As a part-time seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll help create enjoyable and memorable shopping experiences for guests at the California Academy of Sciences store. You’ll welcome guests, demonstrate products, share product knowledge, and make personalized recommendations. You’ll also assist with daily store operations, including restocking shelves and helping guests find items, while working collaboratively with team members and store staff.

The role requires availability for irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays. The work involves standing and moving around the store, helping customers, and creating displays. Occasional reaching, bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 15 pounds may be required. The pay rate is $19.18 per hour.
