About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role drives sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and collaborates with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The Sales Associate also promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly, part-time position.

Ability to move regularly around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service and a welcoming shopping environment.
Use suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Build genuine customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, respond to feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to improve product knowledge and customer service.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk minimization.
