About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational customer experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. The associate also follows sales and operational policies and procedures, supports visual and operational aspects of the store, and contributes to loss prevention as part of a collaborative retail team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
