About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to create welcoming, memorable experiences for families visiting its Santa photo sets. The role combines guest service, photography, sales transactions, and support for smooth photo operations. Photography experience is not required. The position requires availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and at least 20 hours per week or as needed. Employees may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the company’s souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
