About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide valued customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits people who enjoy helping customers mark special moments and who bring a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication skills, and retail or sales experience.
Requirements

- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
