About The Position

Tire Discounters is hiring Sales Associates and Sales Managers to grow sales at a store by building customer relationships and delivering high customer satisfaction. These roles serve as neighborhood experts in auto maintenance and repair, evaluating customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services. The position coordinates customer work orders through completion, provides customer service, supports store presentation, and contributes to a cooperative team culture. Team members may also assist in the shop as needed. The posting describes a fast-paced retail environment and requires availability to work Saturdays.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Drive sales growth for the store, including making daily customer calls to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinate each customer's work order through completion while following company policies, programs, and procedures accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Take accountability for the presentation of the property, including the inside and outside of the store.
• Promote cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assist in the shop as necessary.
