About The Position
Sales Associates and Sales Managers serve as trusted neighborhood experts for auto maintenance and repair. In this fast-paced role, they grow store sales through customer relationships while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. They evaluate customer needs, recommend products and services, and coordinate customer work orders through completion in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Retail sales or customer service experience; automotive experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Drive sales growth for the store, including making daily customer calls to increase sales opportunities.
- Coordinate each customer's work order through completion, accurately following company policies, programs, and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Take accountability for the presentation of the property, including the inside and outside of the store.
- Promote cooperation and collaboration among team members.
- Assist in the shop as necessary.
