About The Position

Tire Discounters is hiring Sales Associates or Sales Managers to serve as trusted neighborhood experts in auto maintenance and repair. The role focuses on growing store sales through customer relationships while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Team members evaluate customer needs, recommend products and services, coordinate customer work orders through completion, and contribute to a cooperative store culture. They are also accountable for store presentation and assist in the shop as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Drive sales growth for the store, including making daily customer calls to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinate each customer's work order through completion while following company policies, programs, and procedures accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Take accountability for the presentation of the property, both inside and outside the store.
• Promote cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assist in the shop as necessary.
