Sales Associate or Sales Manager
About The Position
Tire Discounters is hiring a Sales Associate or Sales Manager to serve as an expert in automotive maintenance and repair, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves recommending products and services based on customer needs, reaching out to customers to grow sales, managing service tickets, maintaining store appearance, and supporting teamwork and shop operations. The position requires working Saturdays and the ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds. Pay is $40,000–$75,000+ annually, with weekly pay, monthly individual spiffs, and participation in the monthly store bonus. Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on Saturdays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.
