About The Position

The Sales Associate or Sales Manager serves as an expert on automotive maintenance and repair, drives sales, and helps ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role includes recommending products and services to customers, supporting store operations, maintaining the store’s appearance, and assisting in the shop as needed. Pay is $40,000–$55,000+ annually. Sales team members are paid weekly, earn monthly individual spiffs, and participate in a monthly store bonus. Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.
