About The Position
Tire Discounters is hiring Sales Associates or Sales Managers to grow store sales through customer relationships while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. These roles serve as trusted neighborhood experts for automotive maintenance and repair. The work is high-impact and fast-paced, and includes evaluating customer needs, recommending products and services, coordinating customer work orders, maintaining the store's presentation, supporting teamwork, and assisting in the shop as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
- Drive sales growth for the store, including making daily customer calls to increase sales opportunities.
- Coordinate each customer's work order through completion, following company policies, programs, and procedures accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
- Take accountability for the presentation of the property, inside and outside the store.
- Promote cooperation and collaboration among team members.
- Assist in the shop as necessary.
