Requirements

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Authorized to work in the USA.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services.
Drive sales growth for the store, including making daily customer calls to increase sales opportunities.
Coordinate each customer's work order through completion, following company policies, programs, and procedures accurately.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Take accountability for the presentation of the property, inside and outside the store.
Promote cooperation and collaboration among team members.
Assist in the shop as necessary.
