About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate special moments and express love through jewelry.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
