About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides customers with a superior experience by helping them celebrate life and express love. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The position requires flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
