About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior shopping experience. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant engages customers to understand their needs and desires, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, provides information about extended service plans and financing options, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate special moments and building lasting personal relationships.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
