About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
