About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing a superior experience to customers and helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position requires flexible availability during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
