About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and working toward sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
