About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is part of a customer-centered store environment and helps create a welcoming experience grounded in hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

The Sales Associate supports store performance and operations by using available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience, promoting brand loyalty programs, working toward personal goals, and assisting with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. The role also contributes to a visually inspiring store that reflects brand standards and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
