About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role is part of the Sales Team and involves building personal relationships with customers, understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. Associates are expected to meet individual and team sales goals. The position is available as seasonal, part-time, and full-time work. The listed base pay is $15.92–$24.60, plus sales commission; final pay is determined based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
