About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
