About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring team members to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will build relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise, explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role is based at Kay Jewelers in Oak Court Mall in Memphis, Tennessee. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
