About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. You will also share information about extended service plans and financing options and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
