About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to valued customers. Team members help customers celebrate life and express love by building personal relationships and helping them find jewelry suited to their needs and desires. The role involves presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
