About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits someone who enjoys helping customers mark special moments and brings a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship skills, and customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry experience. Flexible availability is needed during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
