About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a high-quality shopping experience and support sales at the Overland Park, Kansas, Oak Park Mall location. The role is suited to motivated, outgoing people who enjoy customer service, fashion, and shoes and work well in a team-oriented retail environment. Team members are expected to contribute wherever needed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting and may encounter different tasks from day to day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Must be fun, outgoing, and driven, with a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Must be comfortable talking with people and communicating effectively.
• Must be able to work well as a team member.
