About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide valued customers with a superior shopping experience. The role involves building personal relationships with customers and helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. Team members explain merchandise features and benefits, discuss extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
