About The Position

As part of Zales' Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers and helps them celebrate life's special moments. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
