About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate promotes the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing an enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role focuses on engaging customers, supporting sales goals, offering product knowledge and fashion advice, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store. Associates work collaboratively and model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
