About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate important moments and building lasting personal relationships.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
