About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a globally minded individual with a passion for fashion to support the sales team and deliver a strong customer service experience. The Sales Assistant helps create an organized and pleasant shopping environment by supporting sales, assisting customers, and maintaining merchandise and store areas.

Responsibilities

Replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
Perform stock checks for customers and to support sales associates.
Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks.
Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
Comply with sales-related policies and procedures.
Greet customers warmly and interact with them as they enter the store.
Respond to customer questions quickly and accurately.
Determine customer needs and direct customers to the appropriate sales associate.
Assist sales associates with resolving client problems and complaints as needed.
Work effectively with stock and sales associates to ensure a fast, seamless fitting-room experience.
Provide each customer with the highest level of customer service.
Keep the sales floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
Unpack and hang or fold merchandise, and apply security tags when needed.
Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap; process and run go-backs.
Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
