About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and fluently speak English.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn proprietary programs, including Metalware and Nex-Gen.
• Effective time management skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work a consistent eight-hour schedule, with a start time varying from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on a staggered rotation.
• Strong math aptitude, especially with percentages and fractions.

Nice To Haves

• Industry and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contract Sales by monitoring customer portals and helping align material supply with customer demand dates.
• Communicate effectively with sales employees, mill service representatives, and customers.
• Assist Sales by monitoring and updating open mill orders and outside processing.
• Assist Operations Administration with logistics, certifications, quality, and other related tasks.
