About The Position
Nordstrom is hiring for sales and support positions in Women’s Apparel, Accessories, Lingerie, and Stock & Fulfillment. Candidates may attend the hiring event at the Ridgedale store on Thursday, October 29, 2026, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.; no advance scheduling is required. Interviews take approximately one hour, and on-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. Applicants may bring a resume, but it is not required. Applications are also accepted on an ongoing basis, and applicants who cannot attend the event will still be considered. Pay depends on the position, location, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The listed ranges are $15.25 per hour for Sales and $16.85–$17.55 per hour for Customer Service/Stock/Fulfillment. Some selling employees receive commission, with rates varying by merchandise. The position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
