About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions at its Beachwood Place store in areas including Women's Apparel, Accessories, Kids Apparel, Lingerie, Shoes, Stock & Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Beauty Sales. Candidates are invited to attend an in-store hiring event on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. No advance appointment is required. Interviews take approximately one hour, and on-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. Applicants may bring a resume, but it is not required. If a candidate cannot attend the event, their application will still be considered. The position requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Employees frequently use their hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handle bulky or awkwardly shaped merchandise; reach above their heads; and regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Pay varies by role and location and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Listed rates are $13.05 for Sales, $15.75–$16.35 for Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery, and $15.75–$16.35 for Customer Service. A further pay range is listed as $15.75–$16.35 hourly. Commission may apply to certain selling roles, and the position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Requirements
