About The Position
Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions at its Ridgedale store in Minnetonka, Minnesota, across Women's Apparel, Accessories, Lingerie, and Stock & Fulfillment. Candidates may attend a hiring event on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. without scheduling in advance. Applicants should follow event signs on arrival or ask a Nordstrom employee for directions. A resume is welcome but not required, and the interview process takes approximately one hour. On-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. Applications will still be considered if applicants cannot attend the event. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The listed pay ranges are $15.25 per hour for Sales and $16.85–$17.55 per hour for Customer Service/Stock/Fulfillment. Commission for most selling employees varies by merchandise: apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales typically receive 3%. Some positions may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
