About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for sales and support positions across Women's Apparel, Lingerie, Accessories, Men's Apparel, Shoes, Logistics, Stock & Fulfillment, and related customer service roles. Physical activity may include continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Employees may handle bulky or awkward items, reach for and lift items above their heads, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Pay depends on role, location, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Listed ranges include $13.35 for Sales and $16.60–$17.30 for Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery and Customer Service; another stated hourly range is $16.60–$17.30. Some selling employees receive commission, with apparel, shoes, and accessories typically ranging from 3% to 14.5%, and Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receiving 3%. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Requirements

Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
