About The Position

InspectionGo (iGo) is hiring a full-time Sales and Service Coordinator for its Haven program in Princeton, West Virginia. This is an in-office, phone-based customer service and sales role, primarily scheduled for second shift. Coverage is needed Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Schedules are set in advance and may include four 10-hour shifts, split shifts, or shorter days. The coordinator contacts homebuyers after their home inspection, learns about their move and timeline, explains options, and coordinates services such as utilities, internet, moving, and home security. The role requires learning providers, products, promotions, and common moving situations, then using that knowledge to make honest recommendations and follow orders through to completion. Coordinators manage a steady queue, conduct follow-ups by phone, text, and email, maintain accurate records, and resolve problems when providers or orders go wrong. The position combines attentive customer care with consultative sales. Calls are recorded, reviewed, and scored. Coordinators are expected to ask for decisions and confirm orders when customers' deadlines require it, while prioritizing what is right for each customer. The role also calls for strong self-accountability, ongoing learning, and active participation in coaching. Compensation consists of hourly base pay plus monthly commission and bonus programs. The posting says most full-time coordinators earn $47,000–$63,000 per year, and nearly a third earn $75,000 to over $100,000. The company provides paid training, paid time off and holidays, insurance benefits, a 401(k) match, stock options, and advancement opportunities promoted from within.
