WV Sales and Service Coordinator

iGo•Princeton, WV
•$47,000 - $100,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Sales and Service Coordinator supports homebuyers after their home inspection by guiding them through arranging services for their move. This is an in-office, phone-based customer service and consultative sales role. Coordinators learn about providers, products, promotions, and moving-related situations so they can explain options, make honest recommendations, and help customers arrange utilities, internet, movers, and home security. The role is not cold calling: customers are expecting to hear from the company. Coordinators manage customer conversations and orders from initial contact through confirmed completion. They handle follow-ups by phone, text, and email, resolve issues when providers or orders go wrong, and maintain accurate records so teammates can continue the work. The role requires sustained attention, care for customers, accurate follow-through, and self-accountability. Calls are recorded, reviewed, and scored. Training and coaching are provided, and coordinators are expected to keep developing their product and process knowledge. The position is in-office in Princeton, West Virginia, and is full-time with schedules primarily during the second shift. Coverage is needed Monday through Friday from noon to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Schedules are set in advance and may take different forms, including four 10-hour shifts, split shifts, or shorter days. Compensation consists of hourly base pay plus monthly commission and bonus programs. The posting states that most full-time coordinators earn $47,000 to $63,000 per year, and nearly a third earn $75,000 to over $100,000. Paid, thorough training is provided. Advancement opportunities include senior coordinator, team lead, and management, with promotions from within.
