About The Position

Crossrope is seeking an energetic, motivated Sales and Partnerships Coordinator to grow its community by sourcing and connecting with potential partners, influencers, ambassadors, and creators who share an interest in fitness. This is not a direct-to-customer sales role; the coordinator presents Crossrope as a strong brand partner and builds a pipeline of prospective affiliates, initiating connections that can develop into lasting relationships. This is an initial three-month contract opportunity with the potential to become a long-term, permanent position. The role is expected to require approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on business needs and workload.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development, business development, or a similar relationship-building role.
  • Experience using social media platforms to research people, brands, and communities.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with enthusiasm for using Crossrope products and sharing firsthand experience with potential partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoyment of connecting with people, starting conversations, and building enthusiasm for a product you believe in.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other tools for tracking outreach and managing leads.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source affiliate opportunities by identifying influencers, content creators, fitness professionals, brand ambassadors, and potential affiliates across social media, emerging platforms, and relevant fitness communities.
  • Research and qualify potential affiliates based on their audience, content, engagement, values, and alignment with Crossrope.
  • Initiate and manage outreach through email, social media, and other channels to introduce Crossrope and build relationships with prospective affiliates.
  • Communicate Crossrope’s value proposition and explain the products and benefits of partnering with the brand.
  • Maintain an organized affiliate pipeline, recording prospects, outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and next steps; monitor response rates, qualified leads, and pipeline growth.
  • Support new and current affiliates through ongoing communication, including creating and distributing a monthly affiliate newsletter, sharing updates and promotional opportunities, answering questions, and keeping affiliates informed and engaged.
  • Coordinate affiliate program administration by reviewing and approving iDev affiliate applications, creating affiliate links and discount codes, and maintaining accurate affiliate information.
  • Coordinate product samples and shipments by entering sample requests, tracking shipment status, and sharing tracking information with relevant team members.
  • Monitor and document current affiliates’ social media posts, videos, and other promotional content, and identify opportunities for follow-up and further collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the partnership team to share feedback, test outreach approaches, and improve affiliate recruitment, onboarding, communication, and engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
