About The Position

Blueprint is seeking a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to build the structure, visibility, and operating discipline that support growth in its sales organization. The successful candidate introduces useful process without unnecessary bureaucracy, ensures data quality, and turns reporting into actionable business insight.

  • Hands-on experience administering and improving an enterprise CRM, including data standards, reporting, dashboards, workflow, and user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, pipeline stages, qualification, forecasting, account planning, proposals, contracting, and delivery handoff.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to turn imperfect or complex data into clear conclusions, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance, including campaign measurement, attribution modeling, segmentation, and funnel analytics, and connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience building repeatable processes across teams without adding unnecessary friction.
  • Strong project management, documentation, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Confidence working directly with senior leaders and sellers, including the judgment and tact to constructively challenge assumptions or data quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • High ownership, discretion, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an organization that sells consulting, professional services, managed services, technology solutions, and/or project-based statements of work.
  • Experience with business intelligence, spreadsheet, workflow-automation, productivity, and CRM-integration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, account-based marketing tools, web and campaign analytics, partner-sourced pipeline, and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Experience supporting quota or target setting, incentive compensation, bookings and revenue reporting, pricing approvals, or margin analysis.
  • Experience using automation or AI to improve research, data quality, reporting, forecasting, proposal workflows, or seller productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, govern, and continuously improve the sales CRM and its account, contact, activity, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Define and maintain standards for opportunity stages, qualification, required fields, next steps, close dates, probability, ownership, and closed-lost analysis.
  • Run weekly pipeline and forecast processes, prepare leadership views, identify risks and inconsistencies, and follow up with sellers on decisions and updates.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting on pipeline coverage, stage movement, aging, conversion, sales cycle, bookings, revenue visibility, renewals, account concentration, source attribution, and seller activity as useful.
  • Provide leadership with analysis and recommendations on stalled opportunities, weak coverage, forecast risk, and needed process changes.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, including targets, account segmentation and ownership, capacity assumptions, and performance measurement.
  • Coordinate account-planning and business-review cadences, documenting and tracking action items, owners, decisions, and customer commitments.
  • Build and maintain repeatable workflows for opportunity intake, pursuit launches, proposals, pricing approvals, statements of work, contracting, renewals, and delivery handoffs.
  • Partner with finance on bookings, revenue outlook, pricing inputs, margin visibility, commissions or incentive administration, and reconciliation of CRM and financial data.
  • Partner with marketing on lead routing, campaign planning, account-based initiatives, event follow-up, and shared funnel definitions.
  • Analyze marketing performance by channel, program, and audience, including cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and sourced or influenced pipeline and bookings; recommend where to increase, reduce, or stop spend.
  • Define and maintain attribution rules for marketing-sourced, marketing-influenced, and partner-sourced pipeline, and ensure CRM and marketing automation data support the attribution model.
  • Build and maintain account and contact segmentation used for targeting, account-based initiatives, territory and coverage planning, and campaign measurement.
  • Own the business development scorecard data, define metrics and sources, consolidate sales and marketing data, produce the scorecard regularly, and reconcile figures with CRM, marketing automation, and finance records.
  • Coordinate with solution, delivery, recruiting, and legal teams to identify resource, scope, contracting, compliance, and launch risks early.
  • Maintain sales templates, playbooks, account-plan formats, proposal resources, process documentation, and onboarding materials.
  • Evaluate and improve sales tools, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows while protecting data quality and avoiding unnecessary complexity.
  • Support leadership with analysis and special projects related to growth, performance, customer concentration, service-line mix, and commercial operations.
