About The Position

SeaWorld San Diego is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking Sales Ambassador to provide exceptional guest service and help guests enjoy a shopping experience that meets or exceeds their expectations. The role involves providing product information, answering questions, resolving guest issues, and upselling when appropriate. Ambassadors also operate cash registers, handle merchandise and inventory tasks, maintain displays and counters, and keep assigned areas clean. Work is scheduled according to business needs, with schedules varying from 0 to 29 hours.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn and use a point-of-sale system.
• Flexibility, dependability, and integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of interview and provide proof of work authorization upon hire.
• Must be available to attend an in-person interview at the selected date and time.

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests.
