About The Position

OneTouch Direct is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to work as a Call Center Sales Agent representing Verizon. The role combines customer service with sales opportunities, supporting business customers and business operations. It is full-time, scheduled for 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay and uncapped bonuses, with weekly bonus payouts and bi-weekly hourly paychecks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation, including the ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate with a team.

Nice To Haves

• Additional education is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and enthusiastically.
• Promote Verizon products and services to meet sales targets.
• Assist business customers with inquiries, billing, technical support, and account management.
• Document and maintain accurate customer information and interactions.
