ACE Rent a Car Sales Agent
About The Position
ACE Rent-A-Car is a leading global rental agency with more than 300 locations worldwide. The MSP Airport location is operated by Walser Automotive Group, a Minnesota-based, family-owned company. The Sales Agent serves rental customers by preparing agreements, explaining optional products and services, handling inquiries, organizing reservations, and supporting vehicle deliveries and pickups. The position also includes Service Agent duties, office upkeep, daily reporting, and other assigned work. The role is expected to uphold Walser’s CORE values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, and Be Open Minded. Compensation is $18 plus incentives. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, prepare rental agreements, and provide maps and other needed information.
- Offer optional products and services according to customers’ needs.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer-contact situations according to quality standards.
- Organize daily reservations according to the available fleet.
- Complete vehicle deliveries and pickups to and from corporate accounts.
- Maintain cleanliness in the office area.
- Complete daily lists and report to the Manager.
- Perform all Service Agent duties.
- Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values.
- Complete other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.
