About The Position
We are looking for a customer service representative for our Overland Park and Johnson County area stores. Customer Service and Sales Representatives are the face of the business, finalizing customer rental reservations while providing exceptional customer service. Other duties include inventory, callbacks, car washing, and auditing paperwork. Store hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with some half-days on weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be certified to drive and have a valid driver's license.
- Must have fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must pass a background check and a drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Finalize customer rental reservations.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle inventory.
- Make callbacks.
- Wash cars.
- Audit paperwork.
