About The Position

Impact RTO Holdings, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager as a development path toward Store Manager. The role works alongside the Store Manager and helps run daily store operations, with ownership over sales results, customer experience, inventory, and store presentation. The position offers $14.00 per hour based on experience, with higher pay for bilingual candidates, monthly profit sharing, and a guaranteed Sunday off. Top performers may be fast-tracked into Store Manager training.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar setting is accepted.
• Positive, motivated attitude and desire to lead.
• Valid physical driver’s license held for at least one year.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment is subject to a background check and motor vehicle records check through HireRight.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team members with sales, inventory, deliveries, and customer service.
• Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing company sales targets.
• Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by greeting and assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Occasionally help create social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
• Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
• Support the Store Manager with operational duties.
